- To enter our park, you need to make a reservation in advance. Reserve your spot here. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed on our premises.
- Yes, we have a large (free) guest parking lot in front of the restaurant. Please note: we do not have charging points for electric cars.
- Visiting without a reservation is not possible. We recommend making a reservation at least three to four days in advance, especially on weekends and during holidays.
- When you reserve through our website, you will receive an immediate confirmation. You will also receive a reminder with all details one day before your reservation.
- No, we kindly ask all guests (with or without reservation) to check in with our host or hostess at the entrance. They will guide you to your reserved table or check for availability.
- Your table reservation is for a two-hour time slot. We kindly ask you to leave the premises after this time, although you can still enjoy the Crumbs Trail at your own pace.
- Yes, we warmly welcome guests with disabilities. Please indicate during reservation if you prefer a table in the non-movable section. The disabled toilet is located on the ground floor, left next to the entrance.
- High chairs are available in abundance and do not need to be reserved specifically.
- Dogs are welcome, provided they are leashed and do not cause inconvenience to other guests. Please note: dogs are not allowed in areas with moving floors or tables.
- Besides pancakes, we offer various other dishes on our menu such as nachos, salads, and sandwiches.
- Yes, we provide options for gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free, and dairy-free diets. Please clearly specify your dietary requirements when placing your order so we can accommodate them.
- Yes, at Hans & Grietje there are plenty of indoor activities including a large play cellar, indoor slides, and magical playhouses.

House Rules
At Hans & Grietje, we place a high value on maintaining a cozy atmosphere and providing hospitality. To guarantee this for everyone, we have established several house rules aimed at maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Please follow all instructions from our staff regarding these rules.
- We strive to accommodate everyone’s preferences regarding table selection, although this may not always be possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- It is strictly prohibited to carry weapons. If possession of weapons is detected, the police will be immediately notified.
- Any form of aggression towards guests or staff is prohibited. Disruptive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Possession, use, or trade of narcotics is prohibited.
- Pets are allowed in the restaurant if they are on a leash.
- According to the law, we do not serve alcohol to guests under 18 years of age. We may request identification if there is any doubt.
- Items belonging to our restaurant may not be taken outside or moved without prior consent. If damage or vandalism is detected, you will be held fully liable for repair or replacement costs.
- Hans & Grietje cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage suffered by guests, unless such damage is directly caused by intent or gross negligence of the restaurant. Nevertheless, we always strive to find an appropriate solution, such as compensating for damage related to the event for which liability is established.
- Please hand over any found items that do not belong to you to one of our staff members.
- Please inform us of any allergies or allergens so that we can take all necessary precautions.
- Video surveillance is in operation: By visiting our restaurant, you agree that video recordings may be made. Recordings may be shown to third parties in case of incidents or accidents.
- It is possible that recordings are made in the restaurant or on the premises by or for Hans & Grietje. Hans & Grietje may use these recordings for publications and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during your visit, please avoid areas where recordings are being made, or ask a staff member or the production team not to photograph or film you.
